(ou enveloppe \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 s\u00e8che)<br>* Sel 1 c.<br>* Sucre 50 gr.<br>* Beurre (beurre) 25 gr.<br>* Lait 100cc.<br>* Eau 125cc.<br>* Oeuf \u00e0 peindre 1 u.<br><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><br>1. Formez une couronne avec la farine. Au centre ajouter le sel, le sucre, la levure, le lait et l\u2019eau, petit \u00e0 petit. Dissoudre et p\u00e9trir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Ajouter le beurre de pommade et continuer \u00e0 p\u00e9trir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une brioche lisse et tendre.<br>3. Laisser reposer 15 minutes.<br>4. Coupez des petits pains de 30 gr chacun et fa\u00e7onnez-les, laissez-les reposer sur une plaque beurr\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils doublent de volume, badigeonnez d\u2019oeuf battu, enfournez pour 10 \u00e0 15 minutes dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s.<br>5. Quelques minutes avant la fin de la cuisson, retirez, badigeonnez \u00e0 nouveau d\u2019\u0153uf et remettez au four jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient pr\u00eats !
