{"id":4861,"date":"2023-11-30T04:18:47","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T04:18:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=4861"},"modified":"2023-11-30T04:18:47","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T04:18:47","slug":"gratin-de-noix-de-saint-jacques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=4861","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de noix de Saint-Jacques"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"960\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-77.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4863\" style=\"width:488px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-77.png 768w, https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-77-240x300.png 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un petit plat de f\u00eate aujourd\u2019hui puisque c\u2019est de saison !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">un plat chic car \u00e0 base de saint jacques mais pas forc\u00e9ment on\u00e9reux car vous pouvez ais\u00e9ment r\u00e9aliser ce plat avec<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">des noix de saint jacques surgel\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est un plat que nous avons manger \u00e0 deux avec mon mari quand j\u2019ai du cuisiner tout ce qu\u2019il y avait dans mon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">cong\u00e9lateur pour cause de porte rest\u00e9e ouverte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, cette recette peut \u00eatre servie en entr\u00e9e ou en plat accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une coupe de champagne et c\u2019est<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">la f\u00eate !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un gratin de noix de saint Jacques qui fera plaisir aux passionn\u00e9s de la mer mais aussi aux autres !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:\/ 4 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 20 coquilles St Jacques\u2026<br>\u2013 200 g de champignons de Paris<br>\u2013 25 cl de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<br>\u2013 35 g de beurre<br>\u2013 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019armagnac<br>\u2013 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de chapelure<br>\u2013 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br>\u2013 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de fumet de poisson<br>\u2013 1 \u00e9chalote<br>\u2013 sel, poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">mincez les champignons et faites-les sauter 5 min \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans 15 g de beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faites dorer les St Jacques sal\u00e9es et poivr\u00e9es avec l\u2019\u00e9chalote hach\u00e9e dans 20 g de beurre, 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">min de chaque cot\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez l\u2019armagnac et faites flamber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez la cr\u00e8me, puis ajoutez le fumet de poisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites \u00e9paissir pendant 1 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langez la pr\u00e9paration aux champignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9partissez dans 4 ramequins, saupoudrez de chapelure et de parmesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites dorer 15 min au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C (thermostat 6).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un petit plat de f\u00eate aujourd\u2019hui puisque c\u2019est de saison !
