Dans un bol, placez les \u0153ufs et le sucre, battez 3 minutes, ajoutez l\u2019huile puis battez encore 2 minutes.<br>2. Ajouter le jus d\u2019orange, le zeste d\u2019orange et bien m\u00e9langer.<br>3. Mettre la farine de bl\u00e9 tendre pr\u00e9alablement tamis\u00e9e, le sel et la levure chimique. M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<br>4. Ventilez dans 3 moules de 16 cm, pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9s et farin\u00e9s ou uniquement avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur le fond.<br>5. Four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 45 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Dans un r\u00e9cipient mettre le jus d\u2019orange et le sucre. Cuire au micro-ondes pendant 2 minutes, puis r\u00e9server.<br>7. Laisser refroidir le g\u00e2teau, puis passer une spatule sur les bords et d\u00e9mouler.<br>8. Badigeonner de sirop d\u2019orange.<br>9.
