Tamisez la farine avec la levure chimique Royale et ajoutez-la au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Ajoutez enfin les p\u00e9pites de chocolat. Former une boule de p\u00e2te molle sans trop la p\u00e9trir. Laissez reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Abaissez la p\u00e2te sur un demi-centim\u00e8tre d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur, d\u00e9coupez des cercles et placez-les sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie graiss\u00e9e. Cuire au four \u00e0 190\u00b0C pendant environ 7 minutes. Astuces : Vous vous rendrez compte qu\u2019ils sont pr\u00eats lorsque les bords des biscuits commencent \u00e0 para\u00eetre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s. Il est important de ne pas attendre qu\u2019ils dorent sur le dessus, sinon ils seront trop durs en refroidissant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est important de laisser reposer la p\u00e2te au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur afin qu&#8217;elle garde sa forme \u00e0 la cuisson.
