Pr\u00e9parez la sauce tomate<\/strong> : Pelez et \u00e9mincez l\u2019oignon et les gousses d\u2019ail. Faites chauffer l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale, et faites y revenir l\u2019oignon 3 minutes \u00e0 feu vif en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<br><strong>2. Ajoutez la pur\u00e9e de tomates, les feuilles de laurier, l\u2019ail, le paprika, l\u2019origan, le sel et le poivre.<\/strong> Laissez mijoter \u00e0 couvert 10 minutes et ajoutez un verre d\u2019eau. Poursuivez la cuisson \u00e0 couvert \u00e0 feu doux le temps de pr\u00e9parer le reste.<br><strong>3. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Faites cuire les linguine comme indiqu\u00e9 sur le paquet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Pr\u00e9parez vos boulettes<\/strong> : Pelez et \u00e9mincez finement l\u2019oignon et la gousse d\u2019ail. Hachez le persil. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la viande hach\u00e9e avec l\u2019\u0153uf, l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail, le persil, l\u2019origan, la chapelure, le paprika, le sel et le poivre. Une fois bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9, formez des boulettes (environ 20) \u00e0 partir de cette pr\u00e9paration.<br><strong>5. D\u00e9posez vos boulettes sur la sauce tomate et laissez les cuire 5 minutes \u00e0 couvert en les retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson<\/strong>. R\u00e9cup\u00e9rez vos boulettes et r\u00e9servez les dans une assiette. M\u00e9langez vos linguine \u00e9goutt\u00e9es avec la sauce tomate. Placez vos p\u00e2tes dans un plat \u00e0 gratin (ou une po\u00eale en fonte comme moi ici). D\u00e9posez vos boulettes de viande sur les p\u00e2tes et parsemez de mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9e.
