Pr\u00e9parez un bain-marie pouvant contenir 6 ramequins et placez-le au four.<br>Badigeonner les moules de beurre et garnir de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, de d\u00e9s de jambon et de sauce tomate. Cassez un \u0153uf \u00e0 la fois. Salez, poivrez et saupoudrez de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br>Placer les moules au bain-marie et enfourner 10 minutes. Retirer du four et saupoudrer de thym hach\u00e9.
