Ajoutez la farine et la levure. Lancez le programme p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un saladier, fouettez les jaunes avec le sucre et la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. Incorporez peu \u00e0 peu le lait ti\u00e8de et la vanille. Faites cuire sur feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sortez votre p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e de la machine. Etalez-la en un grand rectangle de 5 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tartinez la moiti\u00e9 du rectangle de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re puis r\u00e9partissez les p\u00e9pites de chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repliez la p\u00e2te en deux et appuyez sur les bords pour bien les souder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9coupez des bandes de 4 cm de large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posez les brioches sur une plaque et dorez-les au jaune d\u2019oeuf. Laissez lever 1h dans un endroit ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire 12 min dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mon conseil :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">pour avoir des brioches bien brillantes, faites chauffer 25 g de sucre avec 25 g d\u2019eau pour faire un sirop.
