Laisser 5-6 mn ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019huile soit chaude. Retirer le plat du four et y disposer les crevettes \u00e0 plat. Parsemer le beurre en morceaux sur les crevettes. Laisser cuire 8-10 mn.
