{"id":65,"date":"2023-02-03T21:03:09","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T21:03:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=65"},"modified":"2023-02-03T21:03:10","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T21:03:10","slug":"creme-sure-delicieuse-disponible-et-adaptee-a-de-nombreux-desserts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=65","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e8me sure &#8211; d\u00e9licieuse, disponible et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 de nombreux desserts !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cr\u00e8me sure bouillie convient pour graisser, d\u00e9corer et garnir les desserts.&nbsp;C&#8217;est universel !&nbsp;Nous l&#8217;avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour le g\u00e2teau &#8220;Medovik&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS (POUR 800 G CR\u00c8ME) :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-400 g de cr\u00e8me ferment\u00e9e (toute teneur en mati\u00e8re grasse) ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-2 oeufs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-120-150 g de sucre (selon la douceur des dessus) ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-45 g de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre\/ma\u00efs (vous pouvez la remplacer par de la farine) ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-200 g de beurre de qualit\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre vanill\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00c9THODE DE PR\u00c9PARATION&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.Mettre la cr\u00e8me, le sucre, la f\u00e9cule et les \u0153ufs dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais.&nbsp;M\u00e9langer au fouet jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse (la composition ne doit pas contenir de grumeaux).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Mettez la casserole sur un feu l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 mod\u00e9r\u00e9.&nbsp;En remuant continuellement avec le fouet, faites bouillir la cr\u00e8me jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle \u00e9paississe et jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que vous voyiez les premi\u00e8res bulles bouillonnantes (cela prend environ 10 minutes).&nbsp;Des grumeaux peuvent se former lors de l&#8217;\u00e9paississement : pour les casser, m\u00e9langer plus intens\u00e9ment au fouet.&nbsp;Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9teint le feu, remuez encore une fois la cr\u00e8me pour vous assurer qu&#8217;elle est bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Crem%C4%83-fiart%C4%83-de-sm%C3%A2nt%C3%A2n%C4%83-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36353\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Ajouter le sucre vanill\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me chaude et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Crem%C4%83-fiart%C4%83-de-sm%C3%A2nt%C3%A2n%C4%83-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36354\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Crem%C4%83-fiart%C4%83-de-sm%C3%A2nt%C3%A2n%C4%83-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36355\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. \u00c0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule, nettoyez la cr\u00e8me des parois du moule et transf\u00e9rez-la au centre.&nbsp;Recouvrez-le ensuite d&#8217;un film alimentaire afin qu&#8217;il entre en contact direct avec sa surface (vous \u00e9viterez ainsi la formation de condensation et de cro\u00fbte).&nbsp;Laissez-le refroidir compl\u00e8tement (il \u00e9paissira encore plus).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Crem%C4%83-fiart%C4%83-de-sm%C3%A2nt%C3%A2n%C4%83-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36356\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.Laissez revenir le beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, mais veillez \u00e0 ne pas trop le ramollir.&nbsp;Le beurre et la cr\u00e8me cuite doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 la m\u00eame temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Crem%C4%83-fiart%C4%83-de-sm%C3%A2nt%C3%A2n%C4%83-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36357\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
