Dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, sur feu moyen, faire chauffer l&#8217;huile. et versez l&#8217;omelette battue et faites frire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle soit dor\u00e9e des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.
