Ajoutez ensuite la moutarde, le ketchup et l&#8217;\u0153uf et continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;un m\u00e9lange cr\u00e9meux se forme.<br>Hachez maintenant finement l&#8217;oignon et ajoutez-le au liquide avec la viande hach\u00e9e, les herbes aromatiques et la chapelure. M\u00e9langez ensuite bien le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que tout soit combin\u00e9, puis assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.<br>Formez ensuite des boules avec la p\u00e2te et disposez-les sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Cuire au four \u00e0 210\u00b0 pendant environ 20-30 minutes selon la taille des boulettes.
