M\u00e9langer avec le sucre et battre pendant 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et \u00bc tasse de farine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battez le m\u00e9lange de jaunes avec la farine et le sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enduisez le plat de cuisson de beurre. Le moule doit \u00eatre de grande taille et la couche de p\u00e2te \u00e9tal\u00e9e doit \u00eatre fine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez le m\u00e9lange r\u00e9alis\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent dans le moule \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s Celsius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites cuire le m\u00e9lange pendant 15 minutes. Ne le laissez pas s\u00e9cher, sinon il ne sera pas possible de le rouler plus tard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9moulez sans casser le m\u00e9lange et d\u00e9posez le g\u00e2teau sur un torchon humide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9talez dessus le dulce de leche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roulez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du chiffon humide.
