Sortez du four et laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re en fouettant les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange mousseux. Ajoutez la farine et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites chauffer le lait dans une casserole, ajoutez- le petit \u00e0 petit au m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u0153uf et sucre et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire en remuant continuellement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019apparition des premiers bouillons, qui co\u00efncide avec l\u2019\u00e9paississement de la cr\u00e8me.
