Ajoutez ensuite le sel et formez une p\u00e2te molle et homog\u00e8ne.<br>4. Laisser lever la p\u00e2te pendant 12 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br>5. Ensuite, divisez-le en morceaux \u00e9gaux.<br>6. Former les rouleaux et laisser reposer 1 heure.<br>7. Faire une coupe lat\u00e9rale sur chaque sandwich et saupoudrer de farine.<br>8. Cuire \u00e0 230\u00b0 pendant 10 minutes avec une casserole d&#8217;eau.<br>9.
