Versez la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re avec du beurre au fond et enfournez \u00e0 185 degr\u00e9s pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes. Laisser refroidir dans le moule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour la garniture : Battez 3 tasses de cr\u00e8me sucr\u00e9e avec 3 sachets de raidisseur de cr\u00e8me jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance ferme, puis coupez les p\u00eaches en petits morceaux et m\u00e9langez-les \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me. \u00c9talez maintenant ce m\u00e9lange sur le fond de g\u00e9noise (laissez-le dans le moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Battez ensuite le jus de fruit de la passion avec 4 sachets de sauce vanille et 2 sachets de raidisseur de cr\u00e8me pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange \u00e9pais.
