M\u00e9langez la farine avec le beurre, le sucre, l&#8217;\u0153uf, l&#8217;extrait de vanille et la levure chimique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formez une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et \u00e9talez-la dans le moule. Piquez la p\u00e2te et laissez-la reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Cr\u00e8me : Battre les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs avec le sel et le jus de citron, r\u00e9server.<br>Battez ensuite les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs avec le sucre, l&#8217;huile, l&#8217;extrait de vanille, la f\u00e9cule, la ricotta et le yaourt. Ajoutez ensuite le blanc d&#8217;\u0153uf battu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
