Nous nous r\u00e9servons<br>Dans un grand bol, tamisez la farine, le sel, le sucre et les \u0153ufs.<br>Ajoutez la levure dissoute et les \u0153ufs aux ingr\u00e9dients secs, travaillez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la main ou \u00e0 la machine jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<br>Ajouter le beurre, p\u00e9trir \u00e0 nouveau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te devienne \u00e9lastique et jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange fin, brillant et \u00e9lastique.<br>Nous devons p\u00e9trir pendant environ 20 minutes.<br>Nous r\u00e9servons la p\u00e2te dans un bol pr\u00e9alablement graiss\u00e9, la recouvrons d&#8217;un linge propre ou d&#8217;un film alimentaire et la laissons reposer dans un endroit ti\u00e8de pendant 30 minutes.<br><strong>Pain brioch\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous mettons la p\u00e2te sur une planche \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et la divisons en morceaux d&#8217;environ 50 grammes, les pla\u00e7ons dans un moule graiss\u00e9 ou sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et les laissons lever \u00e0 nouveau pendant 30 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<br>Nous graissons les pains avec l&#8217;\u0153uf l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battu avec du sel et le laissons fermenter \u00e0 nouveau dans un endroit chaud pendant encore 120 minutes.<br>Cuisson du pain brioch\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br>Nous mettons notre po\u00eale au four et laissons cuire environ 25 minutes.<br>Nous le laissons refroidir sur une grille.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La g\u00e9noise brioch\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e est un d\u00e9lice qui allie la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 de la g\u00e9noise \u00e0 la saveur riche et beurr\u00e9e de la brioche.
