Versez le lait, le beurre, l&#8217;\u0153uf, le sucre et l&#8217;eau ti\u00e8de. Remuer pour dissoudre la levure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langez les liquides avec quatre et travaillez le m\u00e9lange avec vos mains jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te se rassemble. P\u00e9trissez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit lisse et \u00e9lastique, puis divisez-le en deux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langez la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange avec le cacao et 15 ml de lait.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formez une boule avec les deux p\u00e2tes et laissez reposer 1 heure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te au chocolat et la p\u00e2te blanche en un rectangle. Superposez une feuille de p\u00e2te sur l\u2019autre et appuyez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Coupez la p\u00e2te en triangles et roulez-la en croissants.
