{"id":7506,"date":"2024-02-14T11:13:58","date_gmt":"2024-02-14T11:13:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=7506"},"modified":"2024-02-14T11:13:59","modified_gmt":"2024-02-14T11:13:59","slug":"tourbillon-moelleux-aux-pommes-la-recette-dun-dessert-facile-et-parfume","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=7506","title":{"rendered":"Tourbillon moelleux aux pommes : la recette d&#8217;un dessert facile et parfum\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-152.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7508\" style=\"width:474px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-152.png 512w, https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-152-240x300.png 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pour la p\u00e2te :<br><\/strong>200 ml de lait chaud<br>300 g de farine \u00e0 pain<br>200 g de farine \u00e0 g\u00e2teau<br>1 \u0153uf<br>80 g d&#8217;huile de graines<br>Zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9<br>100 g de sucre<br>1 cube de levure de bi\u00e8re fra\u00eeche<br>1 vanilline<br>Une demi cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pour la garniture :<br><\/strong>2 ou 3 pommes<br>Cannelle<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de confiture d&#8217;abricots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pour la d\u00e9coration :<br><\/strong>1 jaune d&#8217;\u0153uf + un peu de lait<br>Granules de sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dissoudre la levure dans le lait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ti\u00e8de.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez le sucre, l&#8217;huile, l&#8217;\u0153uf, la vanille et le zeste de citron.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporez ensuite les deux farines petit \u00e0 petit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez enfin le sel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e9trir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placer dans un bol, couvrir et laisser lever 2 \u00e0 3 heures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9pluchez et coupez les pommes en d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettez-les dans une casserole avec la cannelle, le sucre et le jus de citron.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire sur la cuisini\u00e8re jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit plus tendre.
