Ajoutez ensuite l&#8217;assaisonnement pour viande hach\u00e9e (alternativement sel, poivre, paprika doux et piquant, curry, un peu de cumin) puis remuez bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez maintenant l&#8217;oignon \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s, puis faites-le revenir bri\u00e8vement : il commence lentement \u00e0 dorer au fond de la casserole. Ajoutez ensuite rapidement le concentr\u00e9 de tomate, faites revenir bri\u00e8vement et saupoudrez rapidement de farine pour que rien ne br\u00fble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez ensuite l&#8217;eau froide petit \u00e0 petit jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir la consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis ajoutez l&#8217;origan. A feu doux, 20 minutes. Mijoter. En remuant de temps en temps. R\u00e9essayez et rectifiez l&#8217;assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Servir avec des p\u00e2tes et de la salade verte.
