Zuerst, 2.5 kg Schweinenacken waschen, dann trocken tupfen, in Frischhaltefolie wickeln. Ca. 2 Stunden anfrieren.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. F\u00fcr das Gyrosgew\u00fcrz: 2 TL Majoran, 2 TL Zucker, 2 TL Zwiebelpulver, 2 TL Knoblauchpulver, 2 TL Rosmarin, 2 TL Koriander, 1 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, 6 TL Oregano, 4 TL Thymian, 5 TL Salz, 4 TL Pfeffer, 3 TL Paprikapulver, 1\/2 TL Chilipulver mischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danach Gyrosgew\u00fcrz und 10 EL Oliven\u00f6l verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Jetzt 2 Gem\u00fcsezwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnneRinge schneiden.<br>Jatzt, das angefrorene Fleisch mit einem gro\u00dfen scharfen Messer in ca. 0,5 cm d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<br>Als n\u00e4chstes Fleischscheiben in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel mit Gew\u00fcrz\u00f6l und Zwiebeln mischen. Ca. 60 min zugedeckt kalt stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Backofen vorheizen (Ober-\/Unterhitze: 200\u2009 Grad C | Umluft: 175\u2009 Grad C).<br>Das Backofengitter mit Alufolie belegen (ca. 30 x 30 cm).<br>Dann Fleisch und Zwiebeln auf die Alufolie schichten, die restlichen Zwiebeln auf dem Fleisch verteilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Im hei\u00dfen Backofen ca. 90 Min auf der mittleren Schiene garen. Eine Schiene darunter die Fettpfanne platzieren. Mehrmals mit dem Bratensaft betr\u00e4ufeln.<br>Braten herausnehmen und ca. 10 Minutenruhen lassen.
