R\u00e9partissez les tranches de poulet sur une tr\u00e8s grande planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper. Si n\u00e9cessaire, battez-les doucement avec un maillet \u00e0 viande. Farcissez-les d&#8217;abord de mortadelle, puis de morceaux de mozzarella. Roulez la viande sur elle-m\u00eame. Si les tranches sont assez grosses, coupez-les en deux pour obtenir des petits morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenez deux assiettes creuses. Dans l&#8217;un, battez l&#8217;\u0153uf avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et dans l&#8217;autre versez la chapelure. Trempez les sandwichs d&#8217;abord dans l&#8217;\u0153uf battu, puis dans la chapelure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beurrer un plat allant au four avec un filet d&#8217;huile et y d\u00e9poser les rouleaux. Terminez avec un filet d&#8217;huile sur la surface et une pinc\u00e9e de poivre. Cuire au four statique pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 170 degr\u00e9s pendant 15 minutes. Ensuite, allumez le four ventil\u00e9 et terminez la cuisson en 8\/10 minutes.
