Ajoutez l&#8217;oeuf, le beurre et le sucre. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur une planche \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie farin\u00e9e, \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te sur une \u00e9paisseur d&#8217;environ un demi-centim\u00e8tre. A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un bol \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie d&#8217;environ 4 cm, d\u00e9coupez des cercles avec des nombres pairs. Placer un morceau de chocolat blanc dans la moiti\u00e9 des disques et fermer avec l&#8217;autre cercle en scellant bien les bords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disposez les biscuits sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Cuire au four statique \u00e0 160\u00b0 pendant environ 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&#8217;ils sont dor\u00e9s, sortez-les du four et laissez-les bien refroidir. Servir les biscuits \u00e0 la noix de coco avec un centre de chocolat blanc cr\u00e9meux saupoudr\u00e9 de farine de noix de coco et de sucre glace. Lorsqu&#8217;ils refroidissent, le chocolat \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur va devenir solide, c&#8217;est normal.
