Hachez finement les oignons et les \u00e9chalotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez l&#8217;huile dans une casserole et ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du beurre. Faites revenir la viande pendant un quart d&#8217;heure. Retirez ensuite et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettez les oignons et les \u00e9chalotes dans la m\u00eame casserole en ajoutant le reste du beurre. Faites-les revenir quelques minutes, puis ajoutez le vin et ajoutez le poulet. Laissez le tout cuire une vingtaine de minutes. Ajoutez ensuite la cr\u00e8me et assaisonnez de sel et de poivre. Faites cuire le tout doucement pendant 25 minutes. Encore une fois, retirez le poulet de la casserole. Versez la moutarde dans la sauce. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procurez-vous un plat \u00e0 gratin. Ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du comt\u00e9 r\u00e2p\u00e9. Garnir de poulet et de sauce. Ajoutez le reste du comt\u00e9. Cuire quelques minutes.
