Versez 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che, placez sur feu moyen et attendez 5 \u00e0 7 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le sucre fonde, sans remuer.
