1<br>cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de moutarde<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<br>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre<br>1\/2 \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9 (facultatif)<br>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika doux (facultatif)<br><strong>\ud83d\udcdd Instructions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer la chapelure et le lait.&nbsp;Laisser reposer quelques minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la chapelure ait absorb\u00e9 le lait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter au m\u00e9lange la viande hach\u00e9e, l&#8217;oignon, l&#8217;ail, le ketchup, l&#8217;\u0153uf, la moutarde, le sel, le poivre, l&#8217;origan (si d\u00e9sir\u00e9) et le paprika (si d\u00e9sir\u00e9) et la chapelure imbib\u00e9e de lait.&nbsp;Bien m\u00e9langer pour combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transf\u00e9rer le m\u00e9lange de viande dans un moule \u00e0 pain de viande graiss\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placez le pain de viande dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 et faites cuire au four pendant environ 45 \u00e0 60 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit bien cuit et que la temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne au moins 70 \u00b0C (160 \u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois cuit, sortez le pain de viande du four et laissez-le reposer quelques minutes avant de le trancher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servez votre pain de viande chaud, accompagn\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes cuits \u00e0 la vapeur, de pur\u00e9e de pommes de
