Hachez le pain press\u00e9, l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail et m\u00e9langez avec la viande hach\u00e9e. Nous utilisons un cercle de service, y mettons la viande hach\u00e9e, la r\u00e9partissons uniform\u00e9ment et la pressons doucement. Installation &#8211; niveau inf\u00e9rieur, avec chauffage sup\u00e9rieur et inf\u00e9rieur activ\u00e9.
