Appuyez doucement sur une cro\u00fbte au fond du plat en verre et laissez-la refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 15 minutes.<br>M\u00e9langez ensuite le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me avec 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre mou et le sucre en poudre et m\u00e9langez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse.
