Sahara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br>Versez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la saumure dans 1 litre d&#8217;eau et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Pendant ce temps, lavez et s\u00e9chez soigneusement le saindoux, coupez-le en 2 morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placer le saindoux dans la marinade et cuire 25 minutes \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 il bout \u00e0 feu moyen. Laisser refroidir directement dans la saumure toute la nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9crasez l&#8217;ail avec du poivre. Retirez le saindoux de la marinade, s\u00e9chez-le et frottez-le avec le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;ail. Enveloppez chaque morceau dans du film alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous pr\u00e9voyez de manger le saindoux dans la semaine, conservez-le au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
