It is incredibly moist and decadent with Irish cream topped with a fluffy sweet Baileys frosting and shaved chocolate. This is the best dessert with fantastic flavours!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cake:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 c. vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 c. granulated sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 c. milk at room temperature<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 tsp baking soda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 c. Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 large eggs at room temperature<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 3\/4 c. all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c. boiling water or piping hot coffee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frosting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp cocoa powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c. unsalted butter softened to room temperature<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 1\/2 c. powdered sugar sifted to remove lumps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 tbsp heavy whipping cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">shaved chocolate for garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>How to make Best Ever Baileys Chocolate Cake<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using butter, grease a 9 x 13-inch rectangular cake pan, then line with parchment paper. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 2: Combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 3: To a large liquid measuring cup, add the milk, Baileys, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frosting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 7: Using a hand mixer, beat the butter at medium-high speed. Or use your stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until the butter is light and fluffy. Then, add the powdered sugar along with the cocoa powder and beat until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 8: Next, add the salt and Baileys. Beat on medium-high speed until well blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 9: Begin adding the whipping cream about 1 tbsp at a time until the frosting is smooth and fluffy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 10: On the completely cooled cake, spread the frosting and smooth out the top.
